How are u to remove one since its bigger than the stock toyota one? Has n e one had to do this?

 

Mine come out ez. Like 20 min to change out

 

When I built my brackets I lowered it about 1/2" from stock so its easier to get it out.

HEEEY only I can talk to lolux like that. As Im sure you already know the swap has been done many times. Its all trial and error, like any modification .Maybe try a can of patience. That should be right below the tub of elbow grease at your local dollar store.
