i finally am going to go bag on bar. i origionally wanted this when i built it but had brackets to go on axle so i was lazy and did that. but i made all my brackets and aranged for some time at my buddies fab shop where i have access to all the benders and everything i need. so im gonna do it. heres my current set up, only ? is how far from the axel should i go. what would be the best ride?

 

i would run them between 50-75% towards the axle. pretty much right behind the shock.

 

thats where i was thinking also. about three inches behind it.
