R22-E has one push rod broken, if valve is not bend can pushrod be changed without taking engine apart e.g.

    1. Drain oil
    2. Take head cover off disconnect rod
    3. Drop oil pan and disconnect rod,
    4. Remove rod,
    5. Put new one
    6. Mount valve cover and oil pan

There are no pushrods in a 22R. It is Over Head Cam. Perhaps the rocker or the rocker mount is bent?

Or are you talking about connecting rod?
