Carb tuning in high altitudes

    Im trying to retune my carbs for the high altitude here, anyone got advice or tips?

    you are going to need to lean out the carb, other then that is just like setting it down by sea level...

    yep.




    just follow the normal steps for tuning the carb, just do it @ high altitudes.





    i live (and tune) @ sea level, once i was out pretty high up there for a week camping, had to lean out about .25 turn on a 32/36 to smooth out the idle.
