bumper brakets 84 to convert to 89-94

    I made mine using the old brackets some square tubing and a bit of plate .. it only cost me $20 and about 30-60min

    Got mine from FBI ,& had to modify.
    If you make yours use 1/4'' plate for the strength to support weight!:cool:

    cool,that does help,it gives me encouragement to make my own.I hate to waste money on the uncertanty that something won't fit but, when I modify something myself it's more gradifying when it works.

    Make your own... Such an easy task and cheap... 1/4' plate is way overkill for a bumper bracket too. Have you looked at the factory ones???

    [​IMG] I just used this metal and attached it to the stock brackets and bent the outter stock brackets to fit the notche on the bumper and put a bolt thru it. It's on very secure and would protect just as much as the stock bumper if it got hit.[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
