I cut mine and this is how it sits now but if you take them off cant you bottem them out on the lower arm?
do u have drop shocks..?...did u do any BJ flip..if yes you could trim it really low and have more play...
Naw and this truck I cant do the bj flip because the lower arm has a bump that is where the bj goes and i just evened out my truck and one torsio key the one on the passanger side is way lower than the driver side but its even on both sides?
Bump stops should only be contacted when you fully compress (bottom out) the suspension, you shouldn't be riding on them all the time. I know it'll keep your tires from contacting inner fenders and stuff, but realistically it's best to cut away what ever the tire is hitting and get some of that nice suspension back and slow the tire with a firm set of quality shocks. Your back and your truck will thank you. That torsion key looks really vulnerable now, that's where pre 95's hit the road when they do hit, so not only will you get that nasty thud that makes your ass pucker, but you'll probably be left stranded waiting for a flat bed (or new torsion and key).
Yeah today when I got home I hit my drive way wid it so would you know what the problem is because the height of the driver side is good except the passanger side?
Sounds like the infamous Toyota Lean to me. Your battery and gas tank are on that side. How is the rear? I make offset blocks that are different heights to cure this in back, and it can affect the front and help it a bit there too. You can most likely do what you're doing with the torsions, by making one firmer than the other, but don't go so extreme. I really can't say if you'll be able to get it even w/o a torsion hanging down, but I'm definitely not one who likes softening torsions. The fix may be to use some washers between the lower ball joint bracket and control arm on the higher side which will bring that side down to match the lower side.
