started on my bady work since the shop is so dead i got to do my own thing. got one side done and started welding up my gas door. first drilled out spot welds and removed filler neck mount made a template by tracing the gas door about an 8th inch bigger all the way around to make up for the gap. did this on a file folder (much stiffer and stronger than paper) then layed out the panel on a scrap piece of sheet metal and cut out wich plasma. then did the spot welding and forming.
a few more ready for bondo the driver side skimmed and blocked just need a quick blocking of the filler puddy and its ready to be primed
looking nice, great job. Does that bondo work good on those small dents? because mine has a lot of small dents in the bed, dont you bondo then sand off. Love to see more pics

Love to see more pics[/QUOTE] yeah youll want to sand the paint in the dent and at least 6in all the way around the dent, then block it out with some 40 grit, to knock it down, and before you get to far put some 80 on and block, you always wanna cross hatch when you sand first you do up and down then up in down in the other in one direction. will look like an x \ / \ / \ / \/ \ / /\ \ / / \
