My 1980 yota lately its being throwing black smoke and spitting some black stuff through the muffler everytime is cold and I step on has pedal to accelerate a lil to warm it up....does some got any suggestion on what could it be....

How do I fix the unburnt fuel problem.

 

Choke on the carb might be sticking close. wont hurt to spray some carb cleaner into the carb

 

Since you mention the choke..is there any way to replace the thermostat choke with some aftermarket parts...this thermostat choke is driving crazy and I can't get I hold of one..I like my yota is my DD under construction and don't want to get rid of it....
