So i bought the suspension package and sway bar kit from beltech. I got the rear end done but the front is causing me a little trouble. I got the old sway bar out but now the new one wont fit! What do i have to take out to get this out and how do I do it? Any help would be fantastic!:waytogo:

Is it an issue of the new ones shape? Or is the diameter too large for the stock mounts? Any pics would help us help you.

About 25 years ago, I replaced my front sway bar and added a rear one. I also had trouble installing the front bar. I believe that once I got it on the rack & able to mount the center brackets, we had to pull down the sides using body weight.

    Hope this helps!

Its that is bigger and the curves are way more abrupt, any way i try to slide it past the torsion bars it hits the oil pan. I know i am suppose to take the torsions out but i got the old sway bar out without having to drop them just cant fit the new one in! :/

Undo the motor mounts and raise it an inch or two. Might be enough wiggle room. A lot easier than undoing a torsion bar. Motor mounts are easy, 4 nut and bolts sandwiching 2 layers together. Can probably get 3" before the trans hits the tunnel.
