ok, so the tailgate on my 83 is in rough shape. Normally i would just replace the tailgate, but i have the single latch and i am having a hell of a time locating a single latch tailgate for the 83. Everything i find is the double latch design. i actually like that better, but that would require a whole bed swap, which i would consider if i got a good one for the right price...i might have one...but before i get too excited...

would i be able to put a 4x4 longbed on my 4x2 longbed. I am hoping so!

Too bad we have not figured out that whole teleporting thing yet. i may be able to pick me up for $75. The owner says 7/10 for rust. Sending me pics tomorrow. Have to wait and see
