i put new battery in my whip, but battery drains after a day of sitting, now when i go to work truck wont start n i have to jump wit portable jump start, whats causing this?

 

is there a wire going from the battery to the truck? usually goes from the negative straight to the fender.

 

check for any shorts. That and is ur alt still charging?
