I need to relocate my battery because of my retro fit headlights. Don't have a welder so I can't make a box so I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for anything else I could do to get the box out of the way? I don't really want it in my bed but I don't see any other place to put it. As always, I enjoy seeing pictures if you have any to help me come up with some ideas of my own. Thanks guys.
Is there room behind the seat in the cab? Have mine there ,but my truck is a extra cab. Used a battery box from Summit, & ran all 2Ga. cables. Used a distribution box in the engine bay ( power from the battery ) to all in the engine bay! Have distribution boxes in the cab for power & grounds to all in there!
Mine is under the bed on the opposite side of the chassis from the gas tank. I used a weld on battery box from Summit. I used 1/0 welding cable for my feeders, connecting it to the distribution block for my amps.
