I went to orientation for college today...I got turned down for financial... anyways they were saying how most of the people in the room got $5500 for financial aid but tuition is only like 1200 a semester.... so hes like Oh well notice you got more then you needed, that money is for you to do whatever with, gas rent car go out to eat whatever... yeah really fhking cool, they are getting enough plus more and I didnt get ****.... yeah my mom makes good money, she also has 3 kids 2 going to college this year, no husband, and she has to retire soon! so there you go the grand ole USA.. LOVE THE PLACE YOUR IN HATE THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE!
Bro, i just went through the same ****. But what really ticks me off is that im still considered a Dependent because im under 24 even though neither of my parents claim me as a dependent . It was a bunch of crap i jumped through so many hoops trying to get financial aid only for them to tell me my parents make too much money. but it doesnt ****ing make sense because they dont claim me on taxes. ****ing bull****
