Due to local pricing and experience of bagging trucks each shop would be different, You best bet is to talk to a local shop and get a price.

Ship it to Idaho we'll bag it for $3000. Or do it yourself for $2000. On the Island Im guessing you'll be lookin at more the $4000 or more range I hear stuff over there is spendy.

I'm doing my own which is a reasonable budget build ,and I'm in it for about 3grand. Also with alot of small freebies from my shop. Dunno how you could do it for less than that or even exactly that for that matter...

I just don't see how a shop can charge 5k for a basic bag job unless it is to be layed on 20s or something so they have to tub and rearrange stuff on the firewall. Toyotas dont need anything moved around on a 205/30/17 and maybe a 35 series. A 4 link and bag setup if priced around for the best deal can be had for less than 2 grand if you dont run multi compressors and a bad ass switchbox. Only gauges that are really essential are a front dual needle and tank PSI.

I could buy one right now for less than 2k with all brackets and everything shipped if I had to. Hawaii doesn't cost a grand to ship to lol. I would say your looking at 3-4k for a basic bag job on smaller wheels or 5k plus on something if you want 20's and some tube work.

I bought all my parts and payed a grand for the front to be bagged and my arms to be triangulated to lose the radius rods. Given i had the 4 link I could of had the rear done fore around the same. Parts prices + 2k is about right.

And if you poke around on enough minitruck forums you can get some used goodies to save you money, My last Nissan was bagged when I was more broke then I am now lol.. With the exception of the 4 link, lines and fittings, everything else I snatched off a forum for $300. Hell even with new slams and the stuff thats on the Yota I didnt spend a ton.

I just up and decided one day that I wanted to bag my toy. So I started buying the parts I would need. Then I bought a welder and a grinder. And I did all that I could do on my own. A shop would not be able to make exactly what you want. Unless you don't care or you have lots of time to hang around while they are working on your truck.

I had all of the tools and fab equipment. Bought roughly $3500 worth of parts and had to get about $400 +/- worth of misc. stuff to finish the build. I priced out parts and chose a few "better than average" things, compressor, valves, bags, and A-arms. The biggest add on that I probably could have built myself were the lower control arms... $800.

I also had to tub the firewall slightly with my 40 series on 18's.

I think it would all depend on the wheel and what they would do to the bed. Its hard to say if 5k is high because not sure what all they're doing.
