    My truck is bodied now an im test fitting the heater/defroster stuff an the right side doesnt fit anymore cause of my tubs. Anyone have pics of theres or what they did. Dont wanna lose this part of my truck but if I have to I have to

    Do you have pics? Of the firewall and parts you are trying to install...

    I modified my heater blower boxy thing, but my tubs aren't as large as yours have to be, I'm not bodied.

    Its the piece tht goes to the vent to the wiper cowl ill get some pics. It just hits my tub so it wont go in all the way

    With my blower box, I cut, sectioned out pieces, and epoxied it back together. I've heard of others doing the same to different parts, would that work? Basically plastic body work....

    I had to modify the mounting brackets a lil bit! I took the floor controls of the heater box! I will post a couple pics of mine! I basically just made some bolts instead of using the factory studs!

    Thnx man. Not in a rush to get this done just wanted to see if itd fit trying to get some ideas of what everyone else has done

    Well here's mine! It's all in and all hooked up! I didn't modify the box at all except removing the floor controls and I'm tubd for 18s laying rocker! It does leave a small gap where the fresh air comes in from the cowl! I'm not really concerned with fresh air as long as I have defrost with a/c to keep my window from fogging up!

    Ya I just need defrost cause I plan on driving this alot. An fresh air wont be comin in much with a shaved wiper cowl
