    I have seen before from when I was into tuners but I think I only ordered something once. Never for Toyota stuff though.

    Well, I had no problems but they are based out of FL and shipping was slow to me. I could not imagine what it would be like to you. But being from Guam you are probably a patient one so hopefully it goes well if you get something. Legit?, yes, would I give you my recommendation of them? No...
