probably shouldnt have ordered a 100w kit... why they even have those beats me... 35 and 55 are plenty and 55w will melt your foglights in some cars

Id call them up and run through some trouble shooting questions with them. Ive installed a few HID kits the only problems Ive ever ran across is the wiring actually be reversed (which would cause them to not turn on) and bad ballasts which would also cause this but not if you have directly hooked them up to power source. Id double even triple check the wiring harness is correct as far as the plug/wire you connect to the ballast harness. Other than that call them up and ask. Also I agree with Titan 100w kit is kinda overkill hopefully you bought the projector headlight housings for them if the kit did not already come with them as you will eventually burn if not melt the factory headlight lenses.

when i installed them on my chevy dually i hooked the power into the ballast box backwards. all i had to do was flip the plug and they've worked perfect ever since.

im runnin the stock lights now....only reason im runnin the 100w....there bighter than the 35 an 55 ...and im running the black projecter headlights figured id loose light so figured id get 100w kit to make up for it....the kit i got says i dont need a relay its just a plug in kit that i would just have to change my fuses from a 10 to 20 amp
