Any one lookin for a double din for a 1989-95 pickup

    i went to the yard cuz the single din i had was broken.....all they had was the double din......so im looking for any1 who might be interested in trading or if any1 has done a conversion from a single din to a double n how they did it

    if u gonna convert, ur gonna need the whole dash and the frame for it. remember i was gonna do it n never ended up doin it... either that or get someone to fiberglass u a double din set up

    I'm a little confused in what you are asking. I though all Toyota trucks were double din capable. I never had to cut or hack anything to make my trucks double din. In my 93 I have a head unit out of a 97 Taco that bolted right in.

    yea thats wut mines looked like, and behind it is something like a plastic frame that holds up the radio and surrounds the ashtray but int in the way of the doble din now

    I learn something new everyday with these trucks. I never seen a 89-95 truck with a single DIN before. I owned many Toyota trucks and I have been to the junkyard and never seen one before. Huh, weird....
