So while gather all my parts I have not found and good write up. I bought a complete 8" from an 87 2wd 4speed ,center section from a V6 and supra lsd. Been reading all the info on the third install but nothing on the rear axle. Any tips or photos would be great. Just worried about hooking up the rear brakes and drive shafts and all th e "small details"

 

Remove 7.5" axle, replace with 8" axle assembly. It really is that easy. Depending on which wheelbase the donor truck had you may need to swap your e brake cables onto the new axle but if it's the same it all hooks up directly.
