Putting back together my truck and having trouble figuring the bolt sizes and location to refit the aircon bracket and the power steering bracket, there is also a pressed steel bracket with a cable location and a small captive nut. When I recived the truck these where all removed as where the radiator. Anyone got photos/ drawings of how these fit together - they would be greatly apreciated. The truck was an unfinished repair given to me by my father in law who is unwell. Many Thanks Ian
Managed to figure out the bolt locations today using the diagram in the Factory service manual for the air-condioning compressor, the bottom 10mm bolt has the metal bracket attched to it - it holds the Auto transsmission cooling pipe steady. I also noticed the bolt attches an electrical earth too.
Everything back together now - only the dipstick and 2 water pump pulley bolts missing!, makes for an interesting project taking on a part stripped car and putting it back together. Sort of a automotive 3D jigsaw..lol. Did the same with an old motor cycle years ago purchased as a frame and four boxes of parts for $50 and rebuilt it.
