Have a couple questions about bagging my truck. How much does a simple air bag setup run? And, do I have to cut the bed?

 

You can find complete kits from $1500 & up , though I prefer planing all out with a drawing & getting the parts need.
If you want the frame to lay you will need to install a rear notch,which will require cutting the bed,you can cut slots where the notch is & if needed where the bag mounts are going,so very little is exposed.
What ever you want ,plan it out ,& do some research, so is done correctly & only once!!
Any frame welding should be done with a 220 welder for safety reasons!

I'm not looking to do it any time soon. It would probably be a year or 2 down the road. I just did a 2/3 drop this past weekend. I am just trying to get an idea.
