So I should be picking up my 85 2wd from the body shop in the next few days and will have pics for all of you picture whores! Actually I'm excited as it had been hit by a drunk driver as he was bouncing off all the cars parked on the street. Anyway a friend of mine owed me some body work and after one year I finally got him to fix it. Anyway I was wondering about some pinstripes because the new paint is great but it looks to plain, I want something simple and nice that breaks it up a little - BYEs truck looks great with his pinstriping so does anyone else have any pictures of nice looking work or perhaps a web site where I can gether some ideas? Anything is appreciated, pictures coming this weekend. OJ's DNA
I agree with you .. you have to "break it up" I some time run a duel pin down the side just for that reason .. I know the pics arnt the best , but might give you an idea ... http://www.toyotafiberglass.com/custpictures.htm it's all I got for ya ... .
I think it looks much better without pinstriping. I think pinstriping sucks, actually, except in rare cases. To each his own, though.
Here you go man... http://parkerairbrush.com/. His shop is in Oceanside, he's pretty affordable, and he does excellent work. Tell him the boys from =Sunset= sent ya!
Cant wait to see how it turned out man! Im not a fan of pinstriping myself. But a little flavor is always good to spice up a fresh coat of paint!
