Anyone chrome paint a grille ? Does the chrome rattle can stiff work well on our grilles ? I have that is stating to peel and was wanting to try and redo it. I was just going to do the headlight buckets as the main grille is still in OK shape. Thanks 22R88
i tried it on my 91 toyota valance. it comes out like the dull side of tin foil. i sanded it off and painted it black. i forget what brand it was. prob duplicolor or something like that. dim if other ones are better or not. i would just paint it black.

The chrome paints you find at the hardware & auto stores are not going to give you the mirror chrome finish you are looking for. I know from experience that the best product for achieving Mirror Chrome effects from paint is at Spazstix Paints It's called: Spaz Stix Ultimate Mirror Chrome Paint. It comes in Aerosol or Airbrush.
