Anyone chrome paint a grille ?

Does the chrome rattle can stiff work well on our grilles ? I have that is stating to peel and was wanting to try and redo it. I was just going to do the headlight buckets as the main grille is still in OK shape.

    Thanks

i tried it on my 91 toyota valance. it comes out like the dull side of tin foil. i sanded it off and painted it black. i forget what brand it was. prob duplicolor or something like that. dim if other ones are better or not. i would just paint it black.

Spaz Stix Ultimate Mirror Chrome Paint

Hey 22R88. I have used a ton of different chrome paints. The chrome paints you find at the hardware & auto stores are not going to give you the mirror chrome finish you are looking for. I know from experience that the best product for achieving Mirror Chrome effects from paint is at Spazstix Paints
It's called: Spaz Stix Ultimate Mirror Chrome Paint. It comes in Aerosol or Airbrush. And, it's very simple to use! Do some google searches on it or give them a call. Good Luck! Post some pictures when it's done :waytogo:
