Ah, so finally i own a hilux. I should have never had bought that crappy 85 mazda 626, it taught me a lot though. Mainly it taught me, buy Toyota.
1994 Hilux Xtracab, dual fuel, gas/unleaded, RHD (Aussie wooh!), 198000 kms.
So far I have shaved the tub sides, top, and tailgate. Made handle for inside on tailgate, might make it again cos I want to use the original chrome handle.
Shaved the stonechip guard bit in front of rear wheels, might just put stone guard spray there.
Will shave washer jets and relocate them.
Going to get 4wd front end from OzeParts. They are Tawainese made, but are so friken cheap, quality is just ok, Ha

 

sounds like a cool project. Post up some pics. I always love RHD stuff. For the water jets, move them to between the bars on the cowl panel. Many cars and trucks did that over the years, poke around at the junkyard. My 78 had them there. But aren't hooked up.
