Are all 89-95 beds the same? I know the dimensions are but what about the mounting?

Good question! I want to take the bed off my 1994 yoda and put it on the 89 2jz one cuz it is in better shape. If anyone knows the answer to this it would be much appreciated.

yup, reg cab and xcab are the same.

There are three different lengths (and one rare length).
Super Duper Short - Found on a 4 dr xcab, that's right, 4dr xcab in the middle east.
Super Short - found on the 4 dr's
Short - reg cabs and xcabs <<<<<<<<<<< WE have these.
Long - reg cabs and THEORETICALLY RARE XCABS.

there are different styles (like tops and sides, but in the US, it's the same.)

US BEDS, the 2WD and 4WD 89-95 are the same 4WD flares.

the ONLY 2WD flat no flare bedsides we've "seen" are from europe.

The flares are the same, that's why most people go to the 4wd front fenders. Then the flares will match front to back.

it's the same. The extra cab and longer wheelbase make it deceiving.
