I have a slider in the rear and am looking to replace it with a solid window. Will this be an easy switch or is there going to be some modifications needed? Thanks for the help.

I just started a thread not even a week ago about this. But to answer you question, you just need to find the vehicle with the same year, model, etc.. and they switch right out, as I was told. I am going to be doing mine as well so ill let you know.

yes make sure you get the right one, if you have a reg cab and get the extracab it wont work, and vice versa. i did mine on my 89 at the begining of september and its super simple to do, my advice is to get a hayne work book and it will show you everything to do it

if you dont have some sort of interior panels in the way, its just a matter of folding the inner lip of the seal over the cab flange til its out. then start by kinda tucking it in and folding it around. i have a couple modded screw drivers this works great for.

ya the screw drive works great to get the old one out but wat i did to get the new one in was took a thin piece of rope and put it in the weather stripping channel, then pulled it from the inside of the cab
