Like the title says. Local junkyards are no-joy for what I need. The handle/frame assemblies are plastic, and the mounting point for the mechanism on mine disintegrated. The brackets/springs/rods/latches all move freely...I just need the handle mechanism to mount them to. I've found some online, but they all run close to $20 and up...which may not sound like much to most folks, but since I've been out of work for over a year, and having a functioning latch isn't THAT critical, I'm hoping to get away with something cheaper. I can still drop the tailgate by jimmying the latches on each side with a screwdriver if I absolutely NEED to, but it's a bit of a pain.
