84+ spindle swap-parts question.

    im looking at swapping to 84+ drop spindles, aftermarket 84+ control arms and such to bag my 79. from what i find my 79 & an 85 pickup share the same wheel bearings, would that mean i can re-use my rotor/hub assembly? brake caliper as well?
