Hey everybody, This a nice rescorse for info yall got going on here im glad to be a member of now. I have a qustion about swaping on a front end from the 84+ trucks on to my '81 long bed. Is it a simple bolt on swap? If not waht is required to do the job right? Can all 84 and nrwer trucks be doners or is there a spacfic year range? If I am looking to reindex the torsions will I need to grab them and there mounts off the parts truck too? Thanks in advance for your help.

 

84-95 (?) pre-tacoma is what your after.

I would go so far as to swap in the 90's V6 1ton components and swap in a V6 master while your at it. Bigger breaks all stock and you can fit the Belltech drop spindle to it. Been there done that!

Now I Prerunnered the truck. Lift spindles with the bigger brakes V6 master w/dual diaphragm booster, etc. Can lock 31x10.5's when needed.
