Hey well worth every hour spent working on it!

Some other things you will need:

    ECU and Wiring Harness
    Tranny (w58 or R154)
    Igniter
    Motor Mounts (motor side)
The Drive Shaft will have to be shortened.
Electric Fans. (I fit 2 12" on mine)
Powerstering Pressure line (needs to be bent. Mine was to Rusty)
    Air Filter (I used Cone)
Turbo Piping lines for Intercooler and such
    Supra Throttle Cable
Rad Hoses (used supra lower, and any one that fit for uper)
Regulator (Plugs into one connector on wiring harness)

There is a proper name for the "regulator" i just cant think of it right now... There are a few other little things i cant think of right now but that is a lot of the mojor stuff you will need.

I wonder since this has been and will probably continue to be a popular question or post, when is someone going to do an offical tech writeup?!

thanks alot man its good list of things to hear.
i've read that i may need a new rear differential because the stock 2wd rear end brakes traction all the way through to 3rd gear because of the drastic change of power. is this true?
i've also heard that the 1ton rear end is an 8'' diff and can handle the power where the 7.5'' rear end on the regular 2wd is too little to handle the power... any ideas?

Yeah my 2wd diff does have some traction issues but for now its doing fine. I do want to get a stronger diff, and something that will put the power through both wheels. There are some options out there. After market companies do make lockers for them. And im sure you could get a posi out of a different Toyota and make it work. I just havent looked into it too much cause my focus is paint right now!
