I just finished these for a customer. Let me know what you think. These are for S-10 balljoints and will fit S-10 spindles or Toyota spindles. Ill also be making these to fit Toyota balljoints as well.

How much will you charge for a set for Toyota balljoints?

Naa I have a shop at my house. 500 sq ft seperate from the house but only 30 feet away.

Anyway I have just had several things keep pushing back the Toyota arms. I finally finished a set today. I have to make one more for a guy thats putting a Toyota clip under a Taurus wagon roadster and then a set for MR SMCtoy

Im gonna make some Toyota balljoint plates on the CNC plasma at work this week.

I should have the lowers ready in a few days.

Yea the S-10 balljoints have more travel (aftermarket ones) and cost far less than Toyota balljoints and look much better.

I did draw a balljoint plate yesterday to fit the stock Toyota upper balljoints. I should have a couple of those cut out today on the CNC plasma to test.

I have to make 2 more sets of uppers in the next few days.

Donny I should have yours done by the weekend or a few days into next week. Im taking a break to paint my brothers wifes expedition. anyway I have a couple 2 links to make and some Toyota lowers and then Ill be doing a few more sets of uppers.

Thats cool bro...just stoked about getting them cause its one step closer to having my truck bagged!! As for my control arms you can use the S-10 balljoints cause In my opinion they work better. Oh & you can wait till youve got both upper & lower arms done to send them to me cause Ive still got a few weeks to go before we do anything to my truck!! Thanks again!! :)

The uppers will work with a static drop. the lowers are made specifically for bags. The lowers can be ordered for running coil overs or shockwaves tho.

The S-10 balljoints are the same from 82 thru 04, and they fit several other GM mid size cars.

Ok heres the pic right off the website. I should have the lowers done tomorrow. The uppers and lowers can also be ordered 1" shorter than stock.
Im also getting more balljoint plates plasma cut on the CNC at work so I can offer these for use with stock Toyota balljoints. As you can see in the pic if you look closely the crossbars are offset by 1/8" to one side. This gives a bit more adjustment.

I think I need a pic of these assembled on the table and on a truck also. let me know what you think.

Ok heres a preview of the lowers. This is raw steel welded and without the bag plates. I will design the bag plates and have them cut tomorrow on the CNC plasma at work. The old style arms I used to make were an A shape. These have bends in them and I bet you are wondering why... Well its because I have had several people ask about ordering these 1" shorter. So I made these with straight tubes into the bushings so I can make the jig adjustable. Let me know what you think.

Ill post pics probably tomorrow of the completed set. I have the tubes that they mount to, the balljoints and all bushings and hardware also.

What do you do about the S10 balljoint being a different taper than the Toyota spindle? I recently received a set of your old arms that the balljoint stud sheared off of, and I changed them over to a Toyota balljoint. I am assuming it broke because nothing was done about the difference in taper, and possibly not being tight enough, or being over tightened and creating a stress riser in the joint.

The taper works in the Toyota spindles with a washer on the top. You cant overtighten it or it will create stress and eventually break. People think a balljoint has to be tight as hell and it doesnt.

Id rather use a stock Toyota balljoint myself but the bolt pattern is detrimental to the overall look.

Ive heard the s10 ball joints are about 1/4 of the strength of the toyota"s. And have seen about 5 break. Why the s10 ball joint?
