Well the time has come to finally buy another truck, I really want to get back into a yota. Been lookin on craigslist not had much luck findin anything decent, so if anyone knows of a decent daily driver condition 2wd oldschool yota for sale let me know.

75-83 is two body styles just so ya know. But both are 20/22R trucks, and suspension wise have some similarities. Mostly in the spindles and upper arms. Anyways, keep an eye out. And wait til a real clean one pops up. Don't buy one thats too rough, because parts can often be hard to find. Especially the 78 and back trucks.

Yeah, Im well aware of that, especially interior parts. I used to have a 79 but it was just too rough and I sold it and ended up with the Mazda I have now. I love the 20R, regret selling that thing in many ways. Hopefully I will find one soon, or maybe a 620 datto

That'd be a good option. Its a later style truck so there is a better chance of finding parts, and they can use late model suspension parts. And have 4wd sheetmetal available, hiluxs didn't. Plus you know he took good care of it, he has a build thread proving it
