Has anyone ever taking the lower balljoint and taken it off of the bottom of the arm and put it on the top, still facing the same way, not doing a flip, but just moving the lower control arm down, its not as drastic as a flip but would still work a little. I would imagen it would take some cutting.

this is a really crude drawing of what Im talking about, Just a thought

i'm pretty sure that i've seen someone on here do it on a early lux.

and what you are wanting is what people call a "ball joint flip".. it's not literally flipping the joints direction, but flipping it to the opposite side of the arm.

Yeah but everyone would have thought I meant direction if I said balljoint flip.

I know its doable, but I think if you cut it then it will loose its strength. ill have to look at it tomorrow in the daylight and see if its doable without sacrificing strength on the control arm.

It seems like it would be worth it, its something someone could do for free to lower it a little more.

Basically cut it like it is in this photo that you posted in another thread
