72/77 hilux tranny. help please?!?!

    1972 hilux,1977 hilux
    So I had a 1977 hilux with a 20R and a 5speed and I now have a 1972 hilux with an18R and a 4speed. Can I mount the 5speed to the 18r without having to do any modifications? Please help fast?!?!

    Yes, it should be the same bolt pattern but you may need to redo the tranny mount and driveline..
