The reason it wont be good is my split parents are the owners of the time share, moms getting rid of it one way or another before dad uses it because shes the one paying. So she is actually giving it to her friend for free ! or close to it so I am letting this years week go for that cheap just to make back the maint fees we paid in january. We did buy a new timeshare with out his name on it lol.
