The 4X4 fenders should bolt right up but I believe and dont quote me but I think your gen has a slightly higher hise to the wheel opening maybe 1 inch, as far as an hid kit ebay will be a great place to start your search, round housings w/h4 bulbs, then a h4 hid kit, should be around 100 bucks.:waytogo:

for starters just get some ebay h4 housings with whatever bulbs they come with. run the 85/90 or there abouts bulbs from ebay as well. more light than silver stars or other DOT legal bulbs

Almost everyone who bags their trucks uses the 4x4 front fenders & 4X4 or 4 Runner bumper & valance. I did also ,used the brackets from FBI, ( no longer in business),but you should be able to get from Gravity- Werz,or Suicide Doors .
As for the headlites,I like glass,German made Helli lens w/ Zion 110watt bulbs, not as good as true HID's ,but a lot less money!
    See my photo's @ my gallery!

Hid kit on ebay for a newer 4runner, say 95. hit up a junkyard buy the head light connectors. also buy a cheap conversion kit from auto zone or where ever to convert yer headlights to bulbs instead of sealed beams. From this make yer wire harness/conversion kit from yer stock sockets to the hid kit. A bit of work however if done right works great for a price. under $200 if you get a good deal....
