2wd corners come with 2 studs that clip into the 2wd grill, just remove them. and use the 2 screws to secure them in place, on my red truck I had aftermarket corners and the inside was different than the stock ones I have now. I had to trim a bit off the housing for it to fit as close to the 4wd grill. That way there is not that much gap between the 2.

1st I just zip tied the head lights on, then I installed the grill.

After that I centered the lights and grill, once everything was in order and had a nice gap, I used self taping screws to hold the head lights. 4 screws per head light.

Then I just went back and re-drilled the screw holes, got nuts and bolts from my Toyota bolt bin and bolted them right up. I used a rubber spacer for the 2 bottom brackets. You have to have the factory bracket in order for this to work. The last picture shows the factory bracket.

    And that's it.

Corner markers require the stud removal and trimming of the bottom portion of a vent so you wont have a huge gap.

    Bumper is straight bolt on.

I used the electrical pig tails for the head lights and for the bumper lights so everything is factory sealed.

yeah its comes on the 4runners and is bolted to the lower tab on the head lights, if you go to the pick a part when you pull them off, they are right there on the truck, instead of removing the lower tab, just unbolt the bracket and leave it attached to the lower tab.

alright man. thanks. great info. your way seems much easier than welding in the 4runner radiator support core. did you swap out the fenders too?

nope, one side of the bumper was bent in, so I just bent in the other side. The bumper sticks out a little, but not as much as it did as my red truck.

Those are the same fenders, even if you get a 2wd 4runner fender its the same as the 4wd truck.
