I found a 4runner being parted out on CL last week and bought the buckets for $50.00. The drivers seat has some wear so I got some covers from Ebay for $50.00.

I installed the seats today. The install is pretty easy, I had to make a bracket for the drivers side right front bolt but it's pretty easy. I did the same swap on my old 90 4wd.

I also bought the seatbelts and installed the drivers side.

sorry about the small pics, I'm having problems with Photobucket.

It's a Grant GT wheel, not removeable.

The right front hole on the drivers side that lines up with the seat bracket is not threaded. The threaded hole is about 1 1/4" to the left so I just made a simple bracket.

Nice! I must have lucked out then, mine's threaded. The only thing I had to do was mount the seat belts on top of the rear inner mount. Cause where the 4runner and some of the trucks seat belts mount to the tranny hump, the holes aren't there on my truck.

I ended up drilling a hole in the trans tunnel for the drivers side seatbelt opposite the passenger side.

I suppose you could tap a power wire, acc or ignition or something like that, then just ground out the ground wire.

yep. i would run a large (10-12g) wire through a fuse holder from the battery and then make a solid ground to the floor. most electric seats just need 2 wires. others are usually for the buckle buzzer.

not really, i placed my camry seat and the brackets arent close to matching. It may take some custom bracket fabrication to get them in.

if i had a welder, i'd just chop off the old mounts and weld in new ones.

I know for sure camry headrests plop on my 60/40 bench lol
