Ok the first one is the 89-91 4wd 3-piece & in my opinion you want to go with the 92-95 4wd one piece or the 92-95 4-runner bumper. Ill post some pics below of what your looking for on your style truck...

Opps...my bad bro!! After looking real good at that first pic I see its the 4wd bumper & not the 4-runner bumper! Here is a pic of the 92-95 4-runner bumper & sorry for the mix up!!
