My dad has a V6 in his 95 silverado with almost 300,000 miles and its still going. No rebuilds.

Not sure how the newer ones turned out. I honestly wouldnt do this swap unless i needed the truck that bad and this was te inly engine i had.

Not bad mouthing the engine just not worth it to me
