I have a 88 4wd standard cab. The bed it has is rusted. I recently bought a bed that came off of a

2wd xtra cab. Before buying the bed I measured mine and measured that one. They both measure the same. Somewhere around 6feet and a half. Does anyone know if there will be a problem trying to put it on?? Are they different in anyway? Thanks.

 

I am not 100% sure, but I think that it is the same !!

The flares are bigger on the 4x4

 

As the other guys said, it's a direct bolt on, you should have no problems. The only difference is that the 4x4 bed has larger fender flares.
