are you going to use the original firewall and just move it back? or are you going to build your own? im doing a 7m swap and i am going to attempt to use the firewall i cut out of the supra and replace the stock one for placement purposes of all the hoses and pedal and such, but i dont know how its going to work out lol, would like to see how other people do it! sweet build keep us up to date please!

    Hello,

    Thanks for the supportive words!

The trans is a Marlin Crawler internal R154 with a OS Giken triple plate cluch, Ford 9 in with 4 link. Sorry I'm not too good at this computer stuff so I guess this is the build thread.

I'm from Gardena, CA in the Southbay Los Angeles. I was trying to come out to your shop when you guys did that cruise. Unfortunately I had to work that weekend.

The factory fire wall had so many holes and had a bunch of misc clips and etc we didn't need. So the firewall looked like swiss cheese. I wanted to have a smooth looking firewall so we made a new firewall. We also moved the brake / clutch masters to the top of the pedal assembly. The challenge is the tranny tunnel is way bigger then the factory 4 speed and we had to move the motor back a good 6" back. So there is way less leg room and the pedal assembly had to moved to the left a little. I didn't want to give up any engine performance so we kept the big intercooler. So the radiator will be moved to the back of the truck. Here's more photos.

i really don't know what the power to weight will be. we estimate 700 to 800 hp. the power is suppose to come on in the high rpm. the truck is coming along. had to finish up welding the floor and trans tunnel. just about finish up on the back half of the truck. the pedals were too long so we had to cut the crap out of those. we will keep making progress. lol

    Hello,

We started working on the front. The photo with the wheel is suppose to be at ride height. We are getting closer! lol

    Hi,

    Thanks! The rims are Volk Racing TE37Vs. 17" X 9.0" -10 offset front / 17" X 10" -20 offset rear Toyo 235/45-17 and 275/40-17.

The only new pic I have is the front break disc on the truck.

    Take Care,

    Scott
