Should have a bit more info in that add. I wouldn't expaect much for 1300 bucks. Even my first 20/22R cost more than that, and that was in the '80s. Today, if I were to build a hybrid, I'd look at spending $2000 minimum. That's including the machine shop and parts, while I do my own work. Just make sure to ask all the questions before buying.
