Hello everyone. Im new to the mini truck scene. I have never built a mini but have worked on Pre-Runners for the last couple of years. I figured an 88 toyota would be a great truck to start to build for a mini.
I picked up my 88 Toyota from an aunt who sold it to me for $200. It was in running condition but I felt the need to replace the engine. I ordered a new engine from highperformance out of Washington. I replaced everything under the hood so I knew it would run great.
I lowered the truck 3" in the front and 4" in the rear. Im not sold on the whole "air bag" thing yet. I threw some 20" rims on it and it is now receiving a face lift via Tony Cota from Calminitruck. He is currently taking out every dent and ding, shaving the door handles, rear tailgate, mirrors, and antena. I get my truck back tomorrow! I cant wait to post the pictures.

Thank you...... I had a question...... the rear glass on mine is a slider window and im looking to replace it with a solid window. Are the a straight switch or is there going to be some modifications needed?

if you can find the solid glass, it should be straightforward.
