20 or 22r cam in a 18r?

    1974 Toyota Hilux 18r, 1977 Toyota Hilux 20r
    I was wondering if a cam from a 20 or 22r would work in my 18r motor with a 18rjapan head with the oversized valves etc

    nope, wrong casting. completely different animals.
