well, if you have both tanks T'd together, and both pumps relay off the same pressure switch, you shouldnt need 2.
unless you are running a large pump and a little pump, with the little one set to come on at say 145 (175psi max system for example) to cover little usages, and the bigger one to come on at say 110 for when you start getting switch happy. does that make sence?

but if you have the same pump twice, id give each one its own relay, and have that relay triggered by the same pressure switch.

sounds like that should work fine then. i dont see why youd need another switch taking up a port.

if you wanna get really tricky, have another tiny tank like a 1-1/2 gallon, with a check valve leading to it. so it isnt used except when its needed. then on the feed to the valves, have it come from both the main system and the extra system, with a manual ball valve on the small tank. so if you have any issues with the main system, you have enough air to get off the ground.

double check all your grounds & wires to make sure that you dont have any loose conections. also check the battery itself...when I installed the air suspension on my eclipse & soon truck I upgraded to a larger battery. it also wouldnt hurt to check the alternator too just to make sure that its putting out enough amps! those compressors do draw a lot of power!!
