hi all names Guch, from perth western australia recently bought an rn90 space cab roller, previously had a 1jz and auto fitted, will be refitting another 1jz and manual down the track, happy to be apart of the group!
Once it’s up and running properly, I’ll be looking to bag it, still deciding whether it’ll be 4 linked with the live axle diff or fitting up an IRS subframe, mate’s keen on the idea and has the workshop to help do so too I’d also like to convert the windows from two piece to single piece with electrics, but trying to find 2 door surfs/4runners in Australia, even worse in Perth, is a mission, most have been snatched up by other truckers, more than likely going to have to find overseas It’s also already got r33 4 pot calipers up front and Detroit locker diff fitted which should make it fun to drive once it’s going again! Undecided on keeping the grey paint too, there’s a couple spots to fix on the body, may do black with a single colour flake through it, but at the same time there’s so many new cars that have great colours like the new m4 burnt orange, but I’m indecisive af, so will see how I’m feeling when I get to paint stage haha
