1994 toyota pickup 3.0 3vze engine manual trans no fuel at cold start injector. I've replaced the cold start injector switch and injector. No luck what should I test or replace?

 

Check voltage and grounds, the connector could have corrosion or a broken wire, sometimes the spade connectors in the plug get loose(rare). Always do the multimeter things before replacing parts.
Might check the fuel line to the CSI, could have gotten corroded internally or kinked.

9 out of 10 times it's really something simple.
