I am pulling the calipers off of my '90 4 runner that I bought in it's entirety for $500. What bore size does a '90 22RE 4 runner brake cylinder have? I'm doing a big brake setup on my '92 extra cab 22re 2wd.

It should be stamped somewhere on the master cylinder. Specifically on the tube under the plastic reservoir. I know the V6 Runners have a 1" bore.

Thanks. The calipers I pulled off it seem to have 4 equal sized pistons. I'll take a better look tomorrow. I have a dude at Lordco looking for some perdy rotors too.

I looked at my 98 Tacoma and 90 4 runner. They both had a large number 1 on the side of the brake master cylinder tube. Does that sound correctÉ They both have a 1`` boreÉ
