Same day as I bought the truck,
Went to buy Decal remover adhesive spray,
& took off the decals, looked a lot cleaner!

I didn't want to keep the original look.
Kid problems, so I went ahead & painted,
    The stock steelies all black!

Now this is where my addiction happened haha!
I lowered the truck, with the basic 3" block in the rear.
& torsion the front bars 3" down as well...

At this moment I wanted to get rid of the truck,
But I stuck with the build & continued to try to achieve,
What my father had done with his 87' toyota!
    Next was rims.
I decided to go with BBS RS replicas.
17x7.5 offset at +35, which tucked great!

At this point of the build, I noticed
That the tire wasn't tucking enough into
The fender & didn't look so good,
So I wanted to go lower to take away the gap
    As much as possible!
The bump stops were taking off since I was
Riding on them, thinking it would help!

It looked good for a while. Now this is were everything changes.
I meet the mad scientist. SDYOTA, my great friend for a couple of years now.
He helped me achieve my truck to go as low as possible.
Front was lowered more on the torsion, to 4" or so,
Rear we deleted the middle leaf, flipped the overload.
This had me sitting around a 5"-6" drop front & rear.

After thinking the looks of the truck were done,
I ran into so carb problems, & decided to run a better carb.
Was reading a lot online, & came to a conclusion to
Install a weber 38. A big enough carb for the stock flow of the
Motor...this installment gave the truck about another 5-7hp easily.

After feeling how great it was to go a little faster.
I decided to convert the pulley fan, to an electric fan,
Conversion. Which easily froze up another 2-3hp.

After this picture, I had broken my IPhone 4S, with all the pictures between my progress,
& until now. But will go into detail what I did.
I found a set of Crown Victoria BBS Mesh wheels.
Yet they were in horrible shape.
So I took them into a shop & have them, fix the
Curb rash, & some minor wear & tear.
After that, I sent them into a shop, to fully polish the
Lips, & it came out great. Now the wheels,
Are ready to be put on! This is whole the rims looked,
    After everything!

After putting on the 16's, the tire gap was back,
& needed to be gone! Haha, so back to the suspension!
SDYOTA GARAGE is in full effect now!
    Short shocks all around.
    Re-keyed torsions up front.
.5" spacer for the rear...& it did the job!
    No more tire gap!!

Back to the motor now. My favorite haha!
I had AC, & removed it. Sold it to a local here!
Bought a LC Pro Race Header!
With this is gained an easy 10hp, & froze up
    Around 1-2hp without the AC!

After installing the Header, I bought a 9lb flywheel,
& staged clutch to hold up some power!
This made a huge difference in power response!
It froze up around 10-15hp, with faster revs!!

Being so low now, has made a bad effect on my truck.
This process is a lot of work, & time!
I have ordered my lower control arms,
    & Complete bushing set!
